美容时尚:如何活得自然,活得美

Step 1 Drink water

Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and youthful.

多喝说保持皮肤水嫩有活力。

Step 2 Rinse hair

Rinse your hair in lemon juice and water to lightenand beautify your hair, clarifying it with a mixture of water and apple cider vinegar. Repair hair ends by massaging mayonnaise into them and coveringyour hair with a shower cap for 15 minutesto an hour before rinsing.

Tip The vinegarsmell will dissipatequickly.

第二步:洗净秀发

用柠檬水能让你的秀发更加靓丽,用加有苹果醋的水清洗头发会更清洁。用蛋黄酱按摩头皮,并带上塑料浴帽保持15到小时后洗净。

Step 3 Moisturize your scalp

Thicken your hair by putting a couple drops of rosemary essentialoil on your hairbrush before brushing.

TipEliminate any unnecessarymedications to stemthe accumulationof toxins that canundermineyour natural radiance.

第九步:吃出好皮肤
